Temporary Need: 03/01/2026 – 12/01/2026. Twelve (12) full-time, seasonal, temporary Farmworkers/Laborers Crop needed.
Hours: 40 hours/week, Mon-Fri, 7:00am to 4:00pm. Pay is $10.64/hour. No experience required.
Location: Work will be performed in Payson, Utah.
Duties
Harvesting fruit such as apples, peaches, and cherries.
Pruning trees using hand pruners and ladders, including using 12‑foot poles.
Applying fertilizer, irrigation, and thinning fruit from a ladder.
Driving harvesting equipment and working with farm machinery such as tractors.
Working outdoors in all types of weather and occasional exposure to hazards such as poisonous snakes.
Qualifications Applicants must have worked in crop harvesting within the past twelve (12) months and provide up to two (2) references. Terms and Conditions All tools, supplies and equipment necessary to perform the duties assigned will be provided at no cost or deposit to the worker. Workers must be available for the entire work period and keep all property, housing and farm buildings clean. The employer will provide Workers' Compensation coverage or private insurance at no cost to the worker. Applicants must be able to provide employment eligibility documentation (I9 verification) upon hire. The offered wage equals or exceeds the highest prevailing wage issued by the DOL for the time period the work is performed. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68 per day with receipts. This job is in connection with a future H‑2A labor certification application.
