Job Description
* Manage day-to-day site operations for commercial interior projects. * Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies. * Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and trades. * Maintain project schedule and proactively resolve delays. * Conduct quality control inspections and ensure adherence to specifications. * Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and project managers. * Prepare daily reports and maintain accurate documentation. * Represent the company professionally in all interactions.

The Successful Applicant
* A successful Superintendent should have: * 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial interiors or related construction. * Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes. * Excellent organizational and leadership skills. * Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications. * Proficient in project management software and MS Office Suite. * Procore experience highly preferred * OSHA certification preferred. * Exceptional communication and client-facing skills.
