Superintendent - Ground up Construction
Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Superintendent for ground-up construction projects focused on data centers and mission-critical facilities. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and supervise construction projects from the ground up, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes. * Coordinate and communicate with project managers, foremen, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met. * Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work, addressing any issues that arise. * Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports to keep stakeholders informed. * Promote a culture of safety on the job site, conducting safety meetings and enforcing safety protocols. * Travel to various job sites as necessary to oversee projects and maintain communication with teams.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Superintendent in ground-up construction, particularly in data centers and mission-critical facilities. * Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project management principles, and safety standards. * Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage teams effectively. * Experience in industrial construction projects is preferred. * Ability to travel as needed to various construction sites.
