* Drive net-new business by prospecting, presenting, and closing mid-market clients (50+ employees) within an assigned territory * Build and manage relationships with C-suite and senior decision-makers through face-to-face, consultative selling * Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pipeline development to close and handoff through implementation * Maintain a consistent pipeline of in-person meetings and exceed defined sales goals * Earn a $100,000 on-target salary ($80,000 base + $20,000 supplemental) plus uncapped commission * Access best-in-class sales tools, technology, and MBA-level, in-person sales training * Benefit from strong executive leadership, mentorship, and structured career mapping * Compete for top-performer rewards, including luxury incentive trips and monthly recognition events * Travel up to 25% as needed to support sales activities and client relationships * Receive comprehensive benefits, including health coverage, 401(k) match, paid time off, and employee stock purchase options * Participate in wellness, mental health, financial planning, and family-support programs * Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; sponsorship and OPT/CPT are not available
