Job Summary The primary purpose of the Laundry Aide is to perform day-to-day Laundry Department functions, assure quality laundry services, safeguard health, safety, and welfare of all residents, and maintain the facility laundry in a clean, safe, and sanitary manner.
Essential Duties
Sort, wash, dry, fold or hang, and distribute laundry, linen, garments in accordance with established procedures and infection control standards.
Assure work/assignment areas are maintained, clean, and free of hazardous conditions.
