About The Job We’re seeking a motivated and experienced shop mechanic for the swing shift (2 pm to 10:30 pm). As an integral part of our operations, you’ll work on a variety of paving projects, contributing to our reputation for excellence.

Job Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair heavy equipment, dump trucks, pickup trucks and trailers
Analyze and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions or failures
Perform welding and fabrication as required
Identify and order correct parts for repairs
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
2 years of automotive, machinery and equipment maintenance experience
Knowledge of diesel and gasoline engines
Can diagnose, repair and troubleshoot brake systems, drive systems, hydraulic systems and electrical systems
Valid driver’s license (required)
Dedicated and self‑motivated
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving skills
