Are you a seasoned Intake Specialist with at least two years of experience in personal injury law? Do you have a gift for building rapport and making potential clients feel understood and supported? If so, we want YOU on our team!
Starting Pay: $25/hour
+ Bonuses for successful client retention (30 days post‑signup)
Monday through Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM PST

What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 years of experience conducting personal injury intakes at a law firm
Proven ability to connect with potential clients, build trust, and convert leads into cases
Strong understanding of personal injury case criteria and ability to assess case viability
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle high call volumes, multitask, and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment
Tech‑savvy – comfortable using CRM software, case management systems, and digital communication tools
A positive, professional, and empathetic approach with every potential client
