Job Title Counter Customer Service Representative – Kelly Services (Chicago Heights, IL)

Position Overview Kelly Services is looking for an experienced Counter Customer Service Representative to work at the front counter.

Candidates must have experience with DMV processes (title status and working titles) and be familiar with sub‑haulers and dispatching vehicles.

This is a stand‑up role primarily at the front counter.

Contract to hire: After 3–4 months you will be hired directly based on performance and attendance.

Pay & Hours Pay:

$20.84 per hour

Hours:

Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm

Job Duties

Excellent customer service skills

Tech‑savvy and able to navigate company systems

Experience working with sub‑haulers and dispatching vehicles

Knowledge of DMV processes, including title status and working titles

Receive and process payments

Update lot (vehicle) notes in the system

Answer multi‑line telephone in a professional manner

Make outbound calls to sellers

Engage in face‑to‑face customer interaction

Use company resources to gather information and offer solutions to meet customer needs

Maintain and archive documents

Contact clients to obtain vehicle pick‑up information

Process incoming and outgoing mail per criteria

Read and interpret various reports/documents/Titles from the DMV

Physical requirements: lift 35 lbs, walk 40%, stand 50%
