Job Description
The Shipping and Receiving Specialist will handle all inbound and outbound shipments for our corporate office at TRIVACO. They will communicate with ground, courier, LTL, and 3PL providers, complete and distribute all appropriate paperwork for each shipment, and ensure all packages are safely and securely packaged.
Responsibilities
Lift packages up to and over 75 lbs.
Establish excellent "Can do" relationships with team members and shippers.
Maintain inventories for all orders in processing.
Prepare shipments for pickup (strapping, banding, wrapping).
Package all outbound orders for ground shipments.
Load and unload all inbound and outbound freight on trucks.
Schedule outbound freight shipments on online portals or via email/phone calls to carriers or 3PLs.
Set up shipping for multiple TRIVACO locations via email and phone.
Handle all appropriate paperwork regarding shipments (BOLs, packing slips, etc.).
Requirements and Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of shipping and receiving experience.
Computer skills and typing proficiency.
Ability to multi‑task with unexpected interruptions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail and precision to assure standards are met timely.

Pay $20 – $23 per hour

Commute / Relocation Requirement Must be able to reliably commute to Hebron, KY 41048, or be willing to relocate prior to start date.
