About the role The Commercial Real Estate Transaction Coordinator will play a critical role supporting acquisition, disposition, and development activity as well as providing executive administrative support. This individual will work closely with senior leadership, investment professionals, legal counsel, brokers, escrow and title companies, and other third‑party consultants to manage transaction workflows from contract execution through closing.
Qualifications & Responsibilities
Minimum 3 years of prior related experience with a real estate investment or development firm, real estate‑focused law firm, brokerage firm, escrow/title company, or similar. Note, single‑family residential transaction experience alone is not sufficient
Paralegal qualification or legal transaction experience preferred
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Exceptional attention to detail
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Team‑oriented mindset with uncompromising integrity and professionalism
Support multiple deal teams across multifamily, industrial and commercial property types via coordination of transaction processes
Manage transaction timelines, critical dates, and closing checklists
Interface with brokers, attorneys, escrow/title officers, lenders, and consultants
Organize due diligence and closing documentation, files
Track contingencies, deposits, approvals, and deliverables
Location and Timing This role is based in Salt Lake City, UT and is available for immediate hire. Start date is negotiable.
