Intra-governmental Transaction Senior Manager
Openings: 1 Location: Remote Clearance: Must hold at least an interim Secret clearance
Job Description: This role leads the development and execution of a strategic plan to downgrade material weaknesses in intra-governmental transactions by FY2027. Responsibilities include:
* Maintaining and updating Integrated Project Plans (IPPs) * Authoring PCMs and RACMs * Identifying and closing control gaps * Designing and testing controls (ToD/ToE) * Coordinating with Army stakeholders, Service Providers, and IPAs
Required Skills:
* Expertise in internal controls, RACMs, and federal audit standards * Strong project management and documentation skills * Experience with audit remediation and stakeholder collaboration
Minimum Requirements :
* Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, or Business Management, or CPA/CISA/PMP/CGFM/CDFM * 6 years of experience with federal financial management * 3 years of federal accounting experience * CPA license (preferred)
