Customer Service Rep III
Position type:
Full-time - Contract
Duration: 12 months
Location: Atlanta, GA
Responsibilities
Answer telephone call inquiries and promote an organization's products or services. Research and resolve complaints to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
Provide customer service within a call‑centre environment, demonstrating technical proficiency with iPhones and Mac products, and effectively communicating with clients. Manage support tickets and address issues raised by flight attendants.
Ideal Candidate
Technical proficiency, including basic troubleshooting of iPhones and familiarity with apps and related technology.
Excellent customer service abilities and technological literacy.

Pay Range and Benefits Pay Range: $17–$18 per hour (based on education, experience, location, duties, certifications, etc.)
