Job Description
* Oversee all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project closeout. * Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to maintain schedule and budget. * Enforce compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies. * Review and interpret project plans and specifications, resolving issues promptly. * Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to monitor progress and quality. * Maintain accurate daily reports, logs, and documentation for project tracking. * Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and stakeholders. * Manage material deliveries and equipment usage for optimal efficiency. * Foster a positive and collaborative work environment on-site.
