About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Residential Maintenance Technician to support daily operations, ensure tenant satisfaction, and uphold the overall quality of a high-end apartment community. The ideal candidate takes pride in craftsmanship, works well independently, and enjoys solving hands-on maintenance challenges in a professional yet laid-back environment.

Key Responsibilities

What We're Looking For

* Reliable, steady employment history (no frequent job changes). * Strong communication and customer service skills when interacting with residents and staff. * Dependable, detail-oriented, and proactive in addressing maintenance issues before they escalate. * Team-oriented attitude - you'll work with property managers who are approachable and trust their team's autonomy.

Work Environment & Culture

You'll be joining a supportive, down-to-earth team that values trust, professionalism, and work ethic. The environment is collaborative and non-micromanaged, ideal for someone who takes initiative and enjoys a mix of independent work and teamwork.
