What You'll Do
* Originate and close investment sales opportunities in multifamily and industrial asset classes * Build and convert a high-quality pipeline through proactive prospecting and market coverage * Deliver compelling pitches, valuations, and financial insights to owners and investors * Drive each deal from initial contact through negotiation and closing * Establish a dominant presence in your market and support new office growth
