You'll build your own business & develop a book of business, lead a team, and scale your income based on performance. No cold calls. No chasing. You'll work warm, qualified clients who've already requested help. What you'll do

* Master our systems and product suite to deliver first-class client experiences. * Follow up with warm leads and prior client inquiries (we provide high-quality leads). * Meet clients virtually (Zoom / phone) and guide them through the protections that build generational wealth. * Manage your client communication and relationship lifecycle. * Build a personal brand and scale your book — recruit and lead a team when ready. * Hit performance goals to unlock promotions, leadership roles, and revenue-share opportunities. * Maintain licensing, contracting, and compliance for your market. * Attend weekly virtual training and leadership development.

Requirements

* Reliable phone, data, and Wi-Fi. * Must pass background check and carrier contracting. * Active Life & Health license, or willingness to get licensed (we'll help you in 7-10 days).

Who you are

* You want to build and own something — not just collect a paycheck. * Entrepreneurial mindset: you plan, execute, iterate, and refuse to be average. * Strong communicator — phone and video-first comfort. * Organized, self-motivated, and tech-savvy. * Preferably 2+ years in sales, service, or business ownership — but grit and results matter more.
