About the Role The Customer Service Specialist (Sales & Account Support) is a customer-focused role designed for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and being a key point of contact throughout the order process. In this role, you'll support customers and the sales team by answering questions, preparing quotes, coordinating orders, and ensuring a smooth, positive experience from start to finish. This is a great opportunity for someone with customer service experience who wants to grow their skills in a professional B2B environment. ---
What You'll Do
* Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries by phone and email * Assist with quotes, order entry, and order tracking to ensure accuracy and timeliness * Support the sales team with documentation, proposals, and customer follow-up * Coordinate with operations, logistics, and internal teams to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly * Maintain accurate customer and order information in CRM and internal systems * Help resolve routine customer questions or issues in a professional, timely manner * Assist with sales meetings, trade shows, and customer events as needed

* Associate's degree or equivalent experience * 1+ year of experience in customer service, sales support, or an administrative support role * Experience in B2B customer service or order processing is a plus, but not required
