Job Description
Five Star Staffing has an exciting opportunity for a hard‑working Maintenance Tech to join our team in the DFW area.
We have several positions that start immediately!
Apartment Maintenance Tech Certified
Complete work orders as assigned.
Provide routine maintenance to HVAC systems, including repairs and preventative maintenance.
Apartment make‑readies and turns.
Work closely with maintenance and office teams to ensure the property is running smoothly.
Maintain property curb appeal.
Provide excellent customer service to residents.
Position Requirements
Maintenance experience (property management or housing experience preferred).
Hands‑on experience with HVAC systems.
Provide own tools; must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Available for emergency on‑call rotation when scheduled.
Maintain physical condition appropriate to the performance of assigned duties.
Walking or standing for extended periods.
Operating assigned equipment and vehicles.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
