The Bagga Team at Royal LePage Magna is looking for a licensed, proactive, and highly organized Real Estate Assistant to support our top-producing agents in Edmonton. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in precision and follow-through, and is passionate about delivering a seamless, high-level client experience. You will play a key role in keeping transactions moving smoothly—from listing to closing—while supporting daily operations and acting as a trusted point of contact for clients and industry partners. Responsibilities
Support the day-to-day operations of the team to ensure workflows remain efficient, organized, and on track. Manage and coordinate real estate transactions from contract to close, ensuring all documentation, timelines, and compliance requirements are met. Prepare, review, and organize contracts, amendments, disclosures, and related paperwork with strong attention to detail and accuracy. Assist with creating Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs), listing presentations, marketing materials, and feature sheets. Schedule and coordinate showings, inspections, appraisals, open houses, and client appointments for both buyers and sellers. Communicate professionally with clients, mortgage brokers, lawyers, inspectors, and cooperating agents to ensure a smooth and stress-free transaction process. Maintain accurate and well-organized records using Follow Up Boss (CRM), MLS, Google Workspace, and other real estate platforms. Represent The Bagga Team with professionalism, integrity, and a client-first approach in every interaction. Oversee and manage all real estate transaction files from contract acceptance through to successful closing. Act as a central point of contact between clients, lawyers, mortgage brokers, home inspectors, and cooperating agents to ensure smooth communication throughout each transaction. Ensure all transaction files are complete, compliant, and submitted to brokerage administration within required timelines. Support listing operations, including MLS input, coordinating professional photography, signage installation, lockboxes, and marketing timelines. Organize and manage open houses, collect showing feedback, and compile reports for agents and sellers. Participate in daily team huddles, accountability meetings, and assist with tracking client milestones and overall transaction success. Qualifications
Must be a
Licensed Real Estate Associate in Alberta
and fully
RECA compliant . Active
member of the Edmonton Real Estate Board (EREB)
and
Alberta Real Estate Association (AREA) . Previous experience in
real estate administration
or as a
licensed assistant . Strong understanding of
Alberta real estate contracts, conveyancing procedures, and compliance requirements . Ability to excel in a
high-volume, fast-paced team environment . Exceptional
attention to detail , accuracy, and organizational skills. Strong
multitasking
ability and capacity to manage multiple files simultaneously. Excellent
written and verbal communication skills . Proficient with real estate technology, including
