Job Details We are currently seeking a dynamic, detail‑oriented individual to join our team as a Permanent Audit Associate in the Accounting and Finance industry. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a solid background in accounting and finance to contribute to a thriving team. The role will be directly involved in various audit engagements, providing an unparalleled opportunity to develop an in‑depth understanding of our business operations.
Responsibilities
Participating in all phases of audit engagements by providing critical audit and assurance services to our clients.
Evaluating our clients' internal control structures and assessing the risk of financial misstatement.
Preparing and reviewing financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
Assisting with the planning and execution of audit fieldwork and statutory reporting across a portfolio of clients.
Collaborating with team members to set goals and responsibilities.
Conducting research on technical accounting issues to assist in the audit process.
Communicating effectively with clients to build strong working relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
Ensuring compliance with internal (audit methodology and risk management) and external (regulatory) requirements.
Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years of experience in the Accounting and Finance industry, with a focus on auditing.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. An advanced degree or CPA certification is preferred.
Proven experience in managing multiple client engagements simultaneously.
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
Proficient in using auditing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent analytical, technical, and auditing skills.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and work well under pressure.
