Customer Account Representative – Rent‑A‑Center

per hour and up to
$17.85

Responsibilities
Provide friendly, top‑notch customer experiences through "white glove" service both in store and at customer homes, obtaining new rental orders on the sales floor and over the phone.
Perform deliveries and pickups, safely loading, unloading, and installing products while following all handling and transportation procedures and maintaining company vehicles.
Maintain an inviting store environment by refurbishing merchandise to a like‑new condition and keeping the showroom dust‑free, vacuumed, and organized.
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 18 years of age.
Valid state driver’s license and good driving record; the role requires driving company vehicles.
Ability to lift and move products such as furniture, electronics, and appliances.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Physical Demands The position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing throughout the day. The employee must frequently lift or move heavy items and merchandise. All employees are expected to adhere to company safety guidelines while meeting the physical demands of the job.
Expected Hours of Work Full‑time Monday through Saturday, store open to close hours. Sundays off along with one other weekday off. Schedules and hours may change throughout the year as dictated by management and business needs.
