Full‑time position. Locations: Chesapeake, VA or Virginia Beach, VA.
Role Overview Serve as a Virtual Receptionist, efficiently managing 150+ calls and chats daily in a fast‑paced environment. The role requires multitasking across dual screens, written and verbal accuracy, and reliable attendance while maintaining a friendly, professional voice.
Responsibilities
Handle 150+ inbound calls and chats per day.
Prioritize multitasking across dual screens.
Maintain written accuracy and professional communication.
Ensure reliable attendance and punctuality.
Qualifications & Experience
At least one year of experience in a call center, high‑volume inbound environment, professional/administrative role with light inbound call volume, or customer service role.
Proficiency in Office 365 is required.
Bilingual Spanish/English communication skills highly preferred.
Availability for a weekend day and holidays; full‑time commitment.
In‑office role at either Chesapeake or Virginia Beach location.
Skills
Typing speed of 40 WPM with accuracy.
Experienced computer skills.
Ability to remain friendly, composed, and confident when de‑escalating upset or emotional callers.
Highly motivated and dependable with proven independence.
Compensation & Benefits Rate: Earn $21/hour for perfect attendance; standard rate $19/hour.
