The
Digital Content Creator or Brand Content Advisor
supports the development and execution of brand-driven digital content across DuartePino’s client portfolio in Puerto Rico, the U.S., and LATAM. This role is designed for a hands-on, creative professional who blends brand thinking with strong execution skills, someone who can translate brand strategy into consistent, engaging digital content across social, web, email, and audiovisual platforms.
This Advisor will work closely with Marketing Managers, Creative Advisors, designers, and audiovisual teams to ensure that every deliverable, including posts, pages, stories, reels, captions, emails, and assets, reinforces brand identity and supports business objectives.
Key Functional Responsibilities Brand Content Execution (30%)
Support the execution of brand strategies through consistent digital content aligned with voice, tone, and visual identity.
Translate messaging frameworks into ready-to-publish content across channels (social, email, blog, web).
Ensure content aligns with each brand’s narrative and positioning, not just the campaign moment.
Create and coordinate production of short-form content for digital platforms (social posts, stories, reels, carousels, captions).
Assist with production workflows for audiovisual content (photos, video shoots, motion assets), ensuring content is optimized by platform.
Support the development of content for owned channels, including newsletters, landing pages, and branded blog posts.
Campaign Support & Brand Activations (20%)
Support integrated campaign execution by creating and adapting brand assets for multiple formats and placements.
Help manage content deliverables for launches, events, promotions, and brand activations.
Coordinate with vendors and third-party creatives when needed to maintain output quality and speed.
Performance Feedback Loop (10%)
Review basic content performance metrics (engagement, reach, CTR, top-performing formats) to inform iteration.
Collaborate with digital/performance team members to refine content based on audience response.
Participate in Business Reviews and Creative Reviews when applicable.
Maintain timelines, project plans, status updates, and deliverables in Asana.
Provide progress updates and ensure stakeholders have visibility into content pipelines.
Collaborate across teams to ensure execution speed and brand consistency.
