Job Description We are seeking a skilled Concrete Polisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for grinding, polishing, and finishing concrete surfaces to achieve high-quality, durable, and aesthetically pleasing results. This role requires attention to detail, knowledge of concrete finishing techniques, and the ability to operate specialized equipment safely.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare concrete surfaces by cleaning, repairing cracks, spalls and nail popouts.
Operate grinders, polishers, and other equipment to achieve desired finish.
Apply densifiers, sealers, and dye to enhance durability and appearance.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and proper use of PPE.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Communicate with clients and team members to meet project specifications.
Perform quality checks to ensure polished surfaces meet required standards.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in concrete polishing or related field, with minimum of 3-5 years of experience.
Ability to operate heavy polishing equipment and hand tools, knowledge of Husqvarna tolling is an advantage.
Knowledge of concrete finishing techniques and materials.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on feet for extended periods.
There will be some out-of-town travel.
