Bilingual Immigration Legal Assistant Position: Legal Assistant (Full-Time) Location: Meridian, ID (On-site) Compensation: $45,000 – $65,000 (Dependent on Experience)

Client & Mission I am representing a highly regarded immigration practice in Meridian, Idaho that is seeking more than just administrative support; they are looking for a dedicated advocate. This firm prides itself on providing high-touch, strategic legal counsel to Idaho’s immigrant community. The ideal candidate will view themselves as a vital partner in the legal process, directly contributing to the successful navigation of the U.S. immigration system for families and individuals throughout the region.

Role This is a full-time (40 hours per week), high-impact position within a fast-paced legal environment. You will be responsible for managing complex documentation and serving as a critical communication link for the firm's clientele.

Key Requirements

Bilingual Proficiency: Full professional fluency in both English and Spanish is required to facilitate legal intake and client advocacy.

Experience & Education: A college degree is preferred, or a minimum of 2 years of professional office or management experience.

Operational Agility: Proven ability to work across multiple digital systems and handle a high-volume workload with precision and speed.

Regional Commitment: Ability to work consistently from the firm’s Meridian, ID office.
