Job Description Crosby leadership is looking for hungry individuals that are looking to be invested in and given the opportunity for growth.

Project Types: Industrial, industrial maintenance, healthcare, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, data centers, and commercial type projects.

Pay: $30-$40 Hour and up depending on experience + Bonus opportunities

FOREMAN RESPONSIBILITIES

Overseeing electrical installation to ensure adherence to plans/specs

Working alongside your team in the field to maintain construction schedule

Be able to evaluate applicants and hire on the jobsite

Maintain and enforce safety rules and a safety-first culture

Interpreting plans and coordinating with other trades

Implementing strategies to optimize workflow and operational efficiency

Ensuring that all equipment and machinery are properly operated and maintained

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

3 + years experience as a working Forman

8 + years of Electrical experience

A Journeyman license is preferred but not required

Proficient in reading plans and coordinating with other trades

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

High School degree or equivalent

Pass background check and drug screen

Strong leadership skills with a proven track record

Work Location

Multiple locations including Birmingham and surrounding counties
