Overview
We are seeking a detail‑oriented and customer‑focused
Mortgage Closer
to support our Closing function across multiple channels. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the timely and accurate closing of mortgage loans while maintaining efficient workflows and delivering exceptional service to all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare closing documents, including balancing Initial and Final Closing Disclosures
Ensure accuracy and compliance while maintaining a high standard of customer service
Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and third‑party partners
Respond to routine inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Manage daily work queues and elevate issues as needed
Perform additional duties as assigned
Uphold company values and contribute to a positive team culture
Qualifications
Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
Mortgage industry experience required; closing experience preferred
Familiarity with investor requirements, TRID regulations, and compliance standards
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management
Passion for helping customers achieve their financial and homeownership goals

Mortgage operations and compliance
Encompass or similar LOS experience
Title experience is a plus
Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Moorpark, CA.
This is a fully onsite position in Moorpark, CA.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr.
