Multifamily Maintenance Technician signing bonus – Village Green, Middleton, WI, United States
Responsibilities
Timely completion of work orders and special projects.
Respond to all service requests and on‑call emergencies as directed by the Property Manager and Service Manager, completing them in a timely and professional manner.
Assist in maintaining and repairing ventilation and air‑conditioning systems and equipment.
Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems.
Clean, adjust, and repair HVAC systems.
Qualifications
Experience in the hotel industry or multifamily housing preferred but not required.
Excellent customer service skills and general computer knowledge.
Strong experience with plumbing, electrical, appliances, and painting.
Bilingual candidates welcome.
Plumbing, contracting, and builders' certifications and licenses are a plus.
Availability for on‑call purposes and flexibility to work weekends when necessary.
