Position Overview The Parts Representative will have a hand in all aspects of the parts department including marketing and selling parts to successfully achieve financial targets. The position requires a friendly disposition with the ability to interact with a broad base of customers.
Compensation $16.50 – $22 per hour

Diesel Agriculture/Construction equipment mechanical knowledge preferred
Excellent customer service skills
Professional appearance and work ethic
Computer skills
Excellent organizational skills
Responsibilities
Interact and sell parts to walk‑in and call‑in customers
Shipping and receiving parts orders
Stocking shelves
Lift items weighing up to 75 lbs.
Take ownership of merchandising and maintaining the showroom area
Other responsibilities based on experience
Operate forklift (will train)
Assist in parts inventory
Maintain and develop product knowledge
