Route Type: Regional Route
Division: Division 290
Terminal: Kansas City, MO
Home Time: Off most weekends for a 34‑hour reset
Compensation
Weekly Pay: $912.23 – $1,862.98
Annual Pay: $47,424.00 – $96,824.00
Full pay package includes accessorial compensation such as tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, border crossing pay, safety bonuses, and over‑dimensional pay as appropriate. Including both mileage pay and all other accessorial pay, full‑time drivers can make $912.23 – $1,862.98 per week ($47,424.00 – $96,824.00 per year) depending on experience, routes, regular attendance and length of service.
Transition Package: $1,800 orientation pay for the first two weeks.

Requirements
Must have a valid Class A CDL
Must be 21 years of age or older
4+ months of driving experience required
A safe driving record on the road
No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
Prefer 1‑year truck driving experience, but not necessary
Background Check required
Clean Drug Test required
Clean Clearinghouse result required
Physically able to lift a 90‑pound tarp onto a 5‑foot high platform twice (required)
