Driver Requirements
Valid CDL A license 6 months of tractor trailer experience within the last 3 years OTR Company Drivers
Top 10% of drivers earn $102,000 per year Earn up to 68 CPM (including 8 CPM bonuses) Base pay: 50-60 CPM Base percentage pay: 31% + up to 2 CPM in bonuses 5-7 days out, 34 hours at home Paid flatbed tarping and load securement training $1,000 orientation pay $2,000 referral bonus + $0.01 for every mile your referral drives! Performance & safety bonuses worth up to 8 CPM Advance your career as a trainer and earn an additional 27 CPM while training Medical, dental, vision insurance, FSA, and PTO available 401k with 4% employer match Pet & rider policies Late-model trucks equipped with TVs, refrigerators, inverters, and bunk heaters $1,500 sign-on bonus ($750 after first load and $750 after 90 days) Pay includes bonuses and varies by route, location, experience level, and performance.
