The role We're hiring a Founding Account Executive to help build our go-to-market motion from the ground up. You'll work directly with the CEO to turn early traction into a repeatable sales engine.
What you'll do
* Own the full sales cycle end-to-end from prospecting to close and expansion * Generate pipeline from ICP accounts through value-driven outbound and founder-assisted deals * Run thoughtful discovery to understand customer workflows * Partner with engineering to scope solutions and unblock evaluations
You are
* 3+ years as a top-performing AE (ideally in B2B SaaS) * Excited by ambiguity and ownership * A strong communicator
Comp & logistics
* Competitive base + uncapped commission + early equity * In-person in NYC
