Job Description
* Supervise all field operations for interiors construction projects * Coordinate subcontractors and ensure adherence to project schedules * Maintain quality standards and compliance with building codes * Oversee installation of finishes, millwork, and specialty interiors * Enforce safety protocols and site cleanliness * Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and vendors * Resolve on-site issues promptly to keep projects on track * Conduct inspections and ensure punch list completion

The Successful Applicant
* Proven experience as a Superintendent in interiors or commercial construction * Strong knowledge of finishes, millwork, and high-end interiors * Excellent organizational and leadership skills * Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain timelines * Familiarity with construction documentation and software * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
