About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Mid-Market Sales to spearhead the development of a new go-to-market strategy targeting mid-market financial institutions, asset managers, private capital firms, and regional banks. The successful candidate will be tasked with building this market segment from the ground up, including defining the sales playbook and establishing a commercial foundation for long-term, scalable growth. This leadership role demands a mix of strategic vision, entrepreneurial drive, and hands-on sales experience in complex B2B technology environments within the financial services sector. The Head of Mid-Market Sales will work closely with key stakeholders to design and execute the GTM strategy, validate the ideal customer profile, and partner cross-functionally to align demand generation and post-sale delivery.
Applicants must have a minimum of 7 years' experience in B2B sales leadership within financial technology, with a focus on SaaS data platform high-velocity sales. A proven track record of building and scaling a new high-velocity sales organization, particularly from zero to meaningful ARR, is essential. The role requires a deep understanding of financial data workflows, exceptional leadership and communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment. The Head of Mid-Market Sales will also be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and leading a new team of sales professionals, driving predictable revenue growth, and collaborating with revenue operations to ensure sales process consistency. An entrepreneurial mindset with strong operational discipline, and the ability to manage both complex and high-velocity sales cycles, are key qualifications for this position.
