The role also involves leading new business pitches, driving the use of strategic toolkits, and building cross-functional integration between brand, CX, and commerce strategic capabilities.
Applicants for the Executive Director of Strategy position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 15 years' of experience in brand and CX strategy, marketing, or a related area.
