About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief of Staff (CoS) to join their team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner to the CEO, with a focus on driving operational excellence and supporting the success of the franchisee network. The CoS will be responsible for executing the operational strategy, overseeing the corporate team, and ensuring that corporate goals are met. This role requires a high level of emotional intelligence, strong analytical skills, and a proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving. The successful candidate will lead a team to optimize staff output, maintain a strong corporate culture, and enhance existing franchise support programs.
Candidates for the CoS position at the company should be high IQ and EQ, low-ego, and scrappy, with a strong interest in small business operations. While experience in home services or franchising is a plus, the company values exceptional candidates from diverse backgrounds.
