About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader with a proven track record in driving sales force effectiveness and productivity. This pivotal role involves designing, implementing, and managing sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes to ensure high levels of quality and accuracy. The Vice President of Sales will also be responsible for aligning sales organization objectives with business goals, equitably assigning sales force quotas, and optimizing the deployment of sales personnel. Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills are essential, as is a minimum of 5 years of sales or sales management experience. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required, and a Master's in Business Administration or equivalent is preferred.
The ideal candidate for the Vice President of Sales position at the company will have a background in sales operations, business planning, or sales support management, and experience in non-standard insurance is a plus. The role demands a leader who can foster close working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, lead change management processes, and define performance measurements to ensure sales success. A strong educational background, including an MBA, and experience with CRM technology platforms and sales compensation plan administration, are advantageous.
