About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Sales for the North American market. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new annual recurring revenue (ARR) and leading a high-performing sales organization. This role demands a leader who can not only meet but exceed quarterly and annual targets, and who has a proven track record in B2B SaaS sales, particularly in the North American region. The VP of Sales will be tasked with owning the entire sales process, from forecasting and pipeline management to hiring, onboarding, and coaching the sales team. A key aspect of the role is deal leadership on strategic opportunities, requiring the ability to sell at the executive level and maintain tight alignment with marketing, revenue operations, and customer success teams.

Applicants for the VP of Sales position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in scaling sales, particularly in the range of $5-10M to $20-50M ARR. The role requires a strong recruiter and coach, with a focus on raising performance standards, and an operator mindset that emphasizes process, cadence, metrics, and accountability. Experience in enterprise and mid-market deal cycles with multiple stakeholders is essential.
