About the Role

The Company is in search of an Executive Director to spearhead the Payables and Receivables product portfolio within its Cash Management business. This pivotal role demands a seasoned professional with a strategic mindset, capable of driving the global product offerings' strategic direction and execution. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of these products, from development to commercialization, and will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of client-centric solutions that meet market and regulatory demands. Key responsibilities include leading the enhancement of core capabilities, overseeing product lifecycle management, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal risk frameworks.

Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in Cash Management, Transaction Banking, or Treasury Services, with a specific focus on Payables and Receivables. The role requires a proven track record in leading complex product initiatives in a global, matrixed environment, a deep understanding of payment systems, liquidity management, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will possess strong risk and controls acumen, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to drive change and influence in a fast-paced, dynamic setting. A self-starter with the confidence and experience to execute in a rapidly evolving landscape is essential. The position is critical to the growth and innovation of the Cash Management business, supporting institutional clients with comprehensive payment and liquidity solutions.
