About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Sales to join their dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving the company's growth and impact, particularly in the context of the evolving sales strategies and the introduction of a Strategic Partnerships channel. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a small team of Account Executives, with a focus on generating new opportunities and closing large, complex deals with enterprise clients. This is a player-coach position, requiring a hands-on approach to sales excellence and the ability to shape the future of the sales function. The Head of Sales will also be instrumental in building and scaling a multi-channel go-to-market approach, establishing strong partnerships with Marketing, Product, and Supply, and developing repeatable sales processes that support predictable, scalable growth.
Applicants for the Head of Sales position at the company should have a minimum of 6 years' of quota-carrying experience in complex enterprise environments, with a proven track record in closing high-value deals. Experience in managing a sales team and a strong background in multi-channel ABM and enterprise prospecting are essential.
