The ideal candidate should have a background in asset management, construction management, property management, office leasing, and financial budgeting related to institutional-quality commercial office projects. Key responsibilities for the Asset Manager at the company include developing asset business plans, monitoring financial performance, executing asset strategies, managing capital transactions, and staying informed about market conditions. The candidate should be highly analytical, a self-starter, and capable of deciphering financial and market data to evaluate investment opportunities and assess the performance of individual assets.
