About the Role

The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President for Enterprise Sales in the TOLA market. This strategic role is pivotal in driving aggressive growth and will involve influencing and developing a high-impact sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing strategic plans that align with the company's goals, coaching the sales team on value proposition, and fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration. The RVP will also be tasked with establishing and maintaining customer relationships, driving initiatives to improve customer satisfaction, and leading the team in a transparent, accountable, and agile manner.

Applicants for the RVP position should have a proven track record in sales leadership within a SaaS cybersecurity company, with a focus on the TOLA region. The role requires a results-oriented individual with a growth mindset, adept at working in a fast-growing startup environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong partner network, be adept at territory and account planning, and have a history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
