About the Role
The Company is seeking a full-time Chief of Staff to play a pivotal role in driving key strategic business initiatives. The successful candidate will work directly with the Co-Founders, lead high-priority projects, and serve as a critical link between the leadership team, the Board of Directors, and other key relationships. This role demands a professional with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a Chief of Staff or similar position, characterized by an analytical and operational approach, high emotional intelligence, and a proven track record of influencing without authority. The Chief of Staff will be responsible for managing the company's planning process, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across teams, and maintaining a strong focus on the organization's most critical priorities.
