About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Ecommerce and Digital Growth to take on a pivotal role in owning the eCommerce P&L and driving profitable growth across various digital channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the end-to-end eCommerce growth strategy, with a focus on DTC and Amazon. This includes owning topline revenue, profitability, and customer acquisition costs, as well as forecasting and managing the eCommerce budget. The role also involves overseeing performance marketing, ensuring the success of all paid media channels, and leading media planning and optimization to achieve efficient CAC and strong ROAS. Additionally, the Head of Ecommerce will be tasked with maintaining an elevated brand experience, managing the Amazon marketplace, and overseeing data and analytics to enable real-time visibility into performance and informed decision-making.
Applicants for the Head of Ecommerce and Digital Growth position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in eCommerce and growth marketing, with a preference for those who have worked within high-growth beauty or wellness brands. The role requires a proven track record in managing full-funnel eCommerce P&L, deep expertise in the Shopify ecosystem, and proficiency in digital performance marketing across various platforms.
