About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Digital Product Management to lead the evolution of technology platforms that support the private credit investment lifecycle. This pivotal role is at the crossroads of investments, data, operations, and technology, with a focus on owning the product vision and roadmap for platforms that facilitate investment decision-making, portfolio management, and risk management. The successful candidate will have a direct impact on private credit workflows, from deal execution to portfolio oversight, and will be responsible for modernizing and scaling enterprise investment platforms in a data-rich environment.

Key responsibilities include defining and owning the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, translating complex investment and operational needs into scalable technology solutions, and leading cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of these solutions. The role demands a balance of strategic ownership and hands-on execution, as well as the establishment of KPIs and the application of Agile/OKR frameworks to drive measurable outcomes. The VP will also be expected to improve data governance, transparency, and performance insights, and to drive adoption through training and a center-of-excellence model.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years' experience in delivering finance or investment technology platforms, with a strong understanding of private credit, asset management, and related workflows. A proven track record in product management within complex, enterprise environments, and a background in data, analytics, operations, and platform-centric architectures are essential. The role requires the ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate effectively in matrixed organizations, with a preference for candidates with experience in asset management, alternatives, or regulated financial services.
