About the Role

The VP Sales will be responsible for executing a a high-impact national sales strategy aimed at accelerating growth and expanding market presence, particularly across major retail channels such as Grocery, Mass, Club, and e-commerce platforms. This role owns full commercial accountability, including profit and loss, pricing, trade investment, and margin performance, while driving new customer acquisition and expansion into untapped segments. The VP will build and lead a high-performing commercial team, nurture key customer relationships and negotiations, and translate market insights into agile, strategic decisions. Collaboration with cross-functional partners in marketing, supply chain, and operations is essential to support cohesive growth initiatives and deliver measurable business outcomes.

The ideal candidate will bring significant senior-level sales leadership experience, particularly within consumer packaged goods or similarly complex commercial environments, with proven success driving results through major retail partners such as Walmart, Target, Costco, Kroger, and others. A strong commercial mindset with fluency in P&L management, ROI analysis, trade investment strategy, pricing, and margin optimization is essential. The role demands an entrepreneurial, strategically sharp leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth contexts and who can inspire, recruit, and develop top sales talent. Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills are required to drive sustainable revenue growth.
