About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Institutional Sales in the West South Central region. The successful candidate will be a key member of the sales team, with a primary focus on selling institutional investment management services to various client segments, including public and corporate pension plans, endowments, and foundations. The role involves organizing and expanding a successful marketing and sales strategy, representing the company's investment platforms, and effectively communicating investment philosophy and performance to prospective clients. The VP will also be responsible for increasing assets under management across all asset class disciplines and will work closely with the institutional business development, relationship management, client service, and consultant relations teams.

Applicants must have a minimum of 7 years' experience in an institutional sales role at an investment management firm, with a proven track record of raising assets and building long-term client relationships. The role requires extensive current and prospective client contacts in the West South Central region and the ability to represent a multiple-product firm across various investment strategies. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, be adept at explaining complex investment solutions, and have a strong leadership capability. They should be committed to the highest ethical standards, be adept at driving change, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, growing environment.
