This includes championing collaboration across various units to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment, as well as leveraging data-driven insights. The role also involves driving innovative strategies for enrollment and digital marketing, with a focus on expanding reach for recruitment and online programs. The Vice President will be a key figure in the company's transformative moment, particularly in the areas of enrollment growth, student success, and strategic innovation.

The ideal candidate will be a proven leader in communications and marketing, preferably within the higher education sector, with a strong vision for brand development and experience in managing complex, multi-unit organizations. They must be adept at addressing resource challenges, optimizing staffing and funding, and standardizing brand identity. Additionally, the role requires expertise in legislative, state, and federal communications, and the ability to lead a proactive, strategic approach to marketing and communications. The Vice President will also be tasked with overseeing web development projects, enhancing user experience, and ensuring brand consistency. A critical aspect of the position is the development and implementation of robust emergency and crisis response plans, to prepare the institution for complex situations with clarity and confidence.
