About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Operations to play a pivotal role in the development and expansion of its marketplace, which is integral to the support of advanced AI models. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and scaling the marketplace, fostering revenue growth through the diversification of task types, and nurturing a network of specialized domain experts. This role involves managing relationships with leading AI labs and enterprise customers to ensure that marketplace operations meet their dynamic data requirements. The Head of Operations will also be tasked with recruiting, vetting, and managing domain specialists across various industries, as well as partnering with engineering teams to enhance the workforce platform and integrate expert data into AI learning environments.
The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years' of experience in operations, business operations, finance, or a Chief of Staff-style role, with a strong background in finance, consulting, or investing, or operational roles at leading technology companies. An undergraduate degree in a relevant field from a top university is required. The role demands a proactive individual who is excited to take on a broad scope of responsibilities in a fast-moving startup environment. Preferred qualifications include experience in high-growth fintech or data operations/AI workforce companies, technical literacy in AI/ML, and a background in managing small teams or mentoring junior colleagues. The Head of Operations will be expected to step into management responsibilities within a few months and will be a key leader in defining the future of the company's operations.
