About the Role
The Company is in search of an Operating Vice President to lead strategic, operational, and commercial value creation initiatives within its portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with operating leaders, deal teams, and C-suite executives to shape and execute strategy, as well as to foster strong relationships with portfolio leadership. This is a key leadership role that requires a candidate with a proven track record in driving value and a deep understanding of the private equity industry.
The ideal candidate for this role at the company will have a minimum of two years' post-MBA strategy consulting experience from a top-tier firm, with a preference for those who also have operating experience. The Operating Vice President will play a critical part in the company's portfolio support group, guiding and supporting the implementation of initiatives that enhance the overall value of the portfolio. The role demands a strategic thinker with the ability to work closely with a variety of stakeholders and to lead the execution of complex projects.
